Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Diggit Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Diggit Landscaping provides professional landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction services including but not limited to:

• Landscape design and planning
• Hardscaping installation (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Wood structure construction (decks, pergolas, arbors)
• Landscape maintenance and care
• Planting and garden installation
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance

3. Service Area

Our services are primarily available in the Central New York area, including but not limited to Syracuse, Skaneateles, Auburn, Marcellus, Liverpool, Baldwinsville, Camillus, Manlius, and Fayetteville. Service availability may vary based on location and project scope.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and project scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before project commencement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally, we require a deposit upon contract signing, with remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

7. Property Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles. We reserve the right to reschedule if access is not provided.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship for most projects. Plant materials may have separate warranties from suppliers. Warranty coverage and terms will be detailed in your project contract.

9. Liability and Insurance

Diggit Landscaping maintains appropriate liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not visible during initial inspection unless specifically noted in the contract.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

11. Communication

We prefer to communicate via phone or email. For urgent matters during business hours, please call 315-729-5202. For non-urgent matters, email matt@diggitcny.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
